You can follow these steps to do a simple "Copy & Paste" of the following two red numbered questions into a email order to us.

1. Open a new email to us, click this link... dave@bleachstains.com ...When email opens..add your name into the subject line...

& then minimize it for a minute or two while you cut & paste the questions.

2. Next, right on the website page text, hightlight the two red numbered questions below using these instruction here below;

Using your mouse, click & hold just before the red number one below....& while holding the left mouse button down...drag it to include all of the "J" line in the red number two question. Then release the mouse button leaving the text highlighted.

With the text of the two questions now highlighted, Press the "Control" & "C" Buttons to perform a "Copy" from our website.

3. Now re-open the minimized email located on the "Task Bar" at the bottom of your screen. Click inside the message body area

and Press the "Control" & "V" buttons to perform a "Paste" function to place the text into the email body.

Your individual problem area is throughly reviewed and analyzed to find the true nature of the spotted areas. Then we prepare the correct color matching mixture for the repair of your carpet's problem. We then create a very detailed list of easy to follow "step-by-step" instructions for you.
